In summer 2025, TRS were appointed as the main contractor to replace the external gutters and coat the metal roofs.

The gutters were replaced with large industrial joggled galvanised gutters complete with new downpipes and flashings to match the existing.

The roof was prepared and sprayed with Giromax roofcoat in Merlin grey, with all additional end lap treatments undertaken.
