In November 2023, TRS were commissioned by the local council to re-roof the Windmill Community Centre.

As the main contractor, TRS managed all aspects of site protection, providing scaffolding, welfare facilities, and hoisting equipment as required. The new 0.7mm trapezoidal roof was installed to a high standard, complete with new rooflights and rainwater goods.

Following the re-roofing, solar panels were installed on the south-facing slope to supply the centre with green energy.

Upon completion, the client expressed their satisfaction with the new roof, praising its quality and appearance. TRS are proud to have contributed to creating a dry, energy-efficient building and extends best wishes to the centre for many years of continued use.
