In November 2023 TRS were commissioned by the council to re-roof the Windmill Community Centre.

As the main contractor, TRS protected the site throughout, supplying scaffolding, welfare and hoisting facilities as required. The new 0.7mm trapezoidial roof was installed to a high standard including new rooflights and rainwater goods.

Solar panels were then installed onto the south-facing slope to provide green energy to the centre.

On revealing the new roof, the client was very impressed. TRS wish them the best and hope they enjoy their dry and energy-efficient building for many years to come.
