In 2024 TRS undertook the re-roofing of a business-critical building for GKN Aerospace in Avonmouth.

Our works onsite comprised installing an insulated cladding system over the existing with additional works such as renewing the gutters and installing flashings around existing vents and at upstands. This produced a completely secure and waterproof building envelope for the client.

TRS completed the work within the agreed program and without issue leaving the new roof in perfect condition. On completion, the 25-year single point insurance backed guarantee was issued to the client.
