In 2025 TRS undertook the full roof replacement of a block of flats using the Britmet Ultratile roofing system.

The project involved removing the existing tiles, felt, and battens, and installing new treated battens, breathable membrane, and 0.9 mm Aluzinc steel tiles to provide a durable finish whilst maintaining the original aesthetic.

As part of the works, TRS also carried out fire compartmentation and renewed all rainwater goods, including gutters and downpipes.

On completion, the roof was issued with a Britmet 40-year guarantee, offering long-term assurance of quality and performance.
