Gold level pre qualification, which extends the standard assessment to environmental management, quality management, equality and diversity, modern slavery and anti bribery checks.
Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) Elite
Elite level assessment covering health and safety competence plus wider corporate governance, environmental, quality and financial checks against the Common Assessment Standard.
SafeContractor
Independent third party assessment of our health and safety policies, risk assessments, method statements, training records and site management arrangements.
SMAS Worksafe (Safety Management Advisory Services)
SSIP recognised health and safety pre qualification, accepted in place of repeat safety questionnaires by principal contractors and public sector clients.
Pre Qualification Scheme (PQS)
Pre qualification assessment covering health and safety, quality, environmental and commercial competence, used by public sector and framework clients to shortlist contractors.
National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC)
Membership of the trade body for UK roofing contractors, with periodic vetting of workmanship, financial standing, health and safety and technical competence.

Membership of the Metal Roofing and Metal Cladding Association, covering metal roofing and cladding systems.

Approved contractor for Langley built up roofing and liquid systems, including their independently inspected long term guarantee packages.

Approved installer for IKO built up felt and liquid applied systems used on flat roof refurbishment and new build.
Garland
Approved contractor for Garland liquid applied and built up systems, with technical support and inspection through the works.

Approved installer for Kingspan insulated panel and composite roof and wall systems, including built up metal roof build ups.
