Articles, sector pages and service pages on this site describe how TRS typically approaches commercial and industrial roofing work. Every roof differs. Nothing published here is a specification, a structural or fire engineering opinion, or a substitute for a site survey by a competent person.

The planner produces indicative planning bands from rates that TRS maintains for guidance only. It is not a quotation, tender, estimate or offer, and it does not create any obligation on TRS or on you. Figures exclude items that can only be established by survey, including structural condition, asbestos, access constraints, drainage capacity and statutory requirements. Do not commit budgets, tenders or business cases on planner output alone. A firm price follows a measured survey and a written specification.

Submitting the survey form or a technical question does not create a contract. TRS will respond, and where relevant will confirm scope, price and programme in writing. Answers to technical questions are given in good faith on the information supplied and cannot account for conditions we have not seen.

Where you have given permission, TRS may publish an anonymised version of a question and answer. Your name, organisation and contact details are not published.

Only upload files you are entitled to share. Please do not upload personal data about other people, or drawings and documents you are contractually prevented from disclosing. See the privacy policy for how uploads are stored.

Project photography, written content and the TRS name and marks on this site belong to TRS or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent. Manufacturer, accreditation and scheme logos remain the property of their owners and are shown to identify approvals and memberships held by TRS.
